Q: I'm worried my photo will get lost or destroyed?
A: Please send a copy of the original photo of identical quality from a Scanner or you may email your photo to tfrance_no.2@verizon.net in the highest pixel (size) available.
Q: How will I know that you received my order?
A: You will recieve a confirmation email.
Q: How will I know that you received my picture(s)?
A: Confirmation email.
Q: Okay, I know the photo I want to send, now what?
A: Please print out the order form and mail it along with your digital photo in a protective envelope.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: PayPal and debit or credit cards as posted in the payment options.
Q: I don't have or want a PayPal account. Can I send you a Check?
A: Not at this time, other forms of payment are listed.
Q: What kind of photographs do you accept?
A: All digital snapshots and professional photographs. I recommend to find a non-posed closeup shot with high definition, full lighting, and at eye level. Send two or three choices if you like!
Q: Can I email my photo(s)?
A: Yes it is an option providing it is a clear and large image sent to my email box. If it is too small we can discuss other options.
Q: Will you return my photos?
A: Yes, absolutely! All pictures will be returned, along with the Original.
Q: Can I make copies of your drawing?
A: No. All Images are protected by the Artist Toni France and cannot be duplicated without explicit permission by the Artist.
Note: Non responsible for photos, please send the copy of the photo in highest quality (with the clearest detail) if concerned, you may email it.
